Hello Again, World!

This is a new blog effort, after my last blog dropped off the map of the known—er, interesting—world. Let’s just say that it was all Mideast politics all the time, and it even bored me. So I intend this blog to be more personal, without letting it descend into total naval-gazing. It’s a tall order, I know.
